1Stream does not use customer data for any AI training, and 1Stream does not perform AI training to begin with. We utilize the business data-restricted forms of public AI models.
Your AI Usage
All partner/customer AI usage is done using your own API keys, connecting to services you choose to integrate with, using prompts you can view and modify.
1Stream Usage
1Stream Utilizes the following AI-related services internally. All services are business-grade, and do not train models using the data we submit. We still sanitize customer data when possible, however in some cases like meetings that is impossible.
- We use our own Call Transcription with OpenAI to transcribe and summarize support calls
