Enabling Auto Wrap Up

Feature Activation Required

Please contact 1Stream Support if you do not have this feature already enabled. Once we have made the necessary changes, the steps in this article can be followed.

 

About Auto Wrap Up

The 1Stream Auto Wrap Up feature can suppress incoming calls for a user for a period of time after their last call has ended. This can be applied to Inbound or Outbound calls, or both. This feature can be used in tandem with our Custom Statuses feature for more visibility. When a user has ended a call, they can be placed in a custom “Wrap Up” status that is displayed to the rest of your team. The status can then Auto Change back to “Available” after a specific amount of time up to your choosing. This is different than the native / built-in Wrap Up feature that exists only in Call Queues. With 1Stream Auto Wrap Up, the feature is applied to any type of call (not only inbound calls to a Call Queue), has more visibility (set Custom Status), and can be enabled on a per-user basis. 

How to Enable Auto Wrap Up

  1. Login to the 1Stream IQ Integrations Portal.
  2. Navigate to Administration → Manage Organization in the top right menu.

  3. Scroll down to the CRM User Mappings section and click on the hyperlinked username of a user that you want to enable this feature for.
  4. In the Edit A User window, toggle the Use Auto Wrapup setting to Yes
  5. Click Save when you are done editing user settings.
  6. Repeat for any other users you would like to enable this feature for.

Restart 1Stream Service

In order for the feature to be fully applied, you'll need to restart the 1Stream Service on your phone system. 

  1. Login to the 1Stream Control Portal. 
  2. Access your phone system from the Dashboard and navigate to Integrations → 1Stream in the top right.
  3. Click Stop service as shown below
  4. After seeing confirmation that the service has successfully stopped, click Start Service

  5. Done! The Auto Wrap Up feature is now activated for any users you enabled it on.
