Accessing Your bvoip Accounts
- Login to the bvoip Control Portal using the login credentials provided when your company first became a partner.
 - Find the system in your Home > Dashboard screen that you'll be using, and click on either the name or 
icon on the far right 

Each step below has a setup for the main items that our Onboarding Team goes over in the setup process, however you can find a more robust structured onboarding by opening the New Client Checklist.
You'll find the latest copy of the New Client Checklist under the Partners > Resources > New Partner Onboarding section of the portal.

Setting up SIP Trunks
⚠️You'll need a SIP trunk in order to make or receive calls with bvoip, however most of the setup steps can be completed before you add this. - Creating Call Extensions
 - Provisioning Phones
 - Setting up Ring Groups
 - Setting up Call Queues
 - Setting the IVR
 - Setting Inbound Rules
 - Setting Outbound Rules
 - Setting up Emergency Service Numbers
 - Setting Phone System Hours
 
Once the above steps are completed, you're all set up to use bvoip!
