Exporting SIP Trunk Information

1. Log into the bvoip phone system.
2. Click on the Call Flow drop-down menu.
   
3. Go to the SIP trunks menu item. 
4. Check the box for the desired SIP Trunk that you need to export. 
5. Click on the Export button. A copy of the SIP Trunk settings will be downloaded to your local device. 

Using the SIP Trunk Import Tool

1. Log into the bvoip phone system.
2. Click on the Call Flow drop-down menu.
   
3. Go to the SIP trunks menu item. 
4. Click on the Import button. The Import Provider pop-up will appear.
5. In the Main trunk number field,  input the main trunk number for your SIP Trunk provider. 
6. Click on the Import button. A prompt will appear to upload a csv file. 
7. Select the desired CSV file. 
8. Click the Ok button.
