This feature is available for only 1Stream Engage licensed users and higher plans. If you don't have this and would like this feature to be available, please reach out to your Sales Representative to upgrade user licensing.

 

What does the Rewst integration do?

This integration enables the automation of phone system call data and actions. Use the 1Stream API within Rewst workflows to automate tasks such as internal and client communications and centralized call management.

1Stream Setup

  1. Login to your 1Stream Admin Portal
    1. This can be found in the Control Portal under Partners → IQ/Integrations Portal
  2. Navigate to Administration → Manage Organization
  3. Scroll down and locate the Client API Keys section
  4. Click + to add a new key
  5. Enter Rewst Integration into the Reference Name field in the Add New Client Access API Key dialog that appears.
  6. Click Save
  7. Copy the value given for the new API Key and store it someplace secure. You'll need it for further set up steps in Rewst. Once you navigate away from the dialog that displays this information, you won't be able to view the key again.
  8. Navigate to Connected Accounts and CRM Settings section
  9. Click + to add a new integration
  10. Select Rewst from the dropdown list
  11. In the Edit Connected Account/CRM dialog, paste the API Key you saved in Step #7.
  12. Click Save

Rewst Setup

  1. Login to Rewst
  2. Navigate to Configuration → Integrations in the left side menu of your Rewst platform
  3. In the Integrations page, search for the 1Stream integration
  4. Click on the integration tile to launch the Configuration setup page
  5. Enter the API Key copied from 1Stream Setup steps above into the API Key field
  6. Choose your relevant information from the Environment dropdown selector
    1. Production - if you're unsure which environment you have, choose Production
    2. Sandbox - this is a rare environment that will only apply to a few users who will know that they use Sandbox
  7. Click Save Configuration
  8. Rewst will do a quick validation of your input. Once completed, you'll see a new section beneath the configuration form for organization mapping. Complete your mapping as desired.

Using the Rewst Integration

  1. Navigate to Automations → Workflows in the left side menu of your Rewst platform
  2. Create a new workflow or leverage an existing workflow
  3. 1Stream Actions will be available for use in your Workflow
