Removing Teams Users

1. Log into the bvoip phone system.
2. Go to the Integrations section.
   
3. Select the Microsoft 365 subsection. 
4. Make sure to be on the Office 365 tab. 
5. Scroll down to the Synchronization section. 
6. Remove the User by selecting the checkbox beside the user and clicking the delete button.
7. Click the Save Changes button. 
8. Go to the Extensions section.
   
9. Select the Extensions subsection. 
10. Click the Edit button beside the desired extension.
11. Remove or change the caller ID from the extension, as that synced from Microsoft 365
12. Click the Save button.
