  1. Go to Extensions > Extensions in the phone system
  2. Edit the extension you want to forward
  3. Go to the Forwarding Rules tab.
  4. Set the desired settings for forwarding for each status and whether it's an internal or external call
    1. Most will forward to Mobile and then define that number in the General tab of the user
    2. You can also set just Number to forward to differently defined outside numbers
  5. Click Save at the top

Forwarding Options

  1. Scroll down to the Options section.
     
  2. Select any of the desired options: 
    1. Ring my mobile simultaneously
      1. Rings the mobile number set in the General tab at the same time, and whichever answers first takes the call.
    2. Accept multiple calls
      1. Enables call waiting, without this turned on a second call will go straight to voicemail.
    3. Log out from queues
      1. When turned on, users are forcibly logged out of all queues at all times. Best used for someone being on extended leave.
    4. Accept calls from Ring Groups
      1. When turned off, calls from Ring Groups will be disabled. This is normally used to disable calls for specific statuses.
    5.  Accept Push Notifications
      1. When turned off, push notifications will no longer be sent to the mobile app OR the web client softphone.
  3. Click the Save button.
