This feature is available for only 1Stream Intelligence licensed users and higher plans. If you don't have this and would like this feature to be available, please reach out to your Sales Representative to upgrade user licensing.
Direct Wallboard Links
This feature allows you to create direct links to 1Stream Wallboards & Dashboards that do not require user sign-in. This is especially useful when needing to display on a screen located in a common workspace within an office.
Creating Direct Wallboard Links
- Login to the 1Stream Admin Portal.
- Navigate to Administration → Manage Organization
- Scroll down to Phone System Enhancements and select Direct Wallboard Links
- Click the green + Plus button to create a new link
- Select the associated user with 1Stream Intelligence licensing assigned and the Wallboard you want to create a link for

Save and the Direct Wallboard Link will be shown.
